Corking and Wirehooding EquipmentEcovalTechnical characteristics : The pneumatic group of ECOVAL is designed to the corking and wring functions for the bottles of « sparkling wine ».The rate of production is between 200 to 600 bottles / hour according to the models. This announced cadence is functioned with the operator of the semi-automatic machine in this type of equipment. This machine is built on a stainless steel frame fixed on 4 wheels in which two are pivoting.The working height of the unit can be settled automatically by a pneumatic control in function of the processing bottle types. The characteristic is realized according to the recommendations of CRAM.The pneumatic group of ECOVAL is equipped for the processing of bottles having a collar of 29 mm and a standard double-collar (other sizes are possible by option).The bottle sizes are ranging from: height 230 mm to 385 mm. diameter 65 mm to 117 mm.The supply voltage is 220 V mono + T (P; 0, 1 KM). The cycle is controlled by a programmable automaton. The operating direction of the machine is from left to right, the reverse is impossible.Description of the wiring function: The introduction of the wires is manual or automatic (by option).The cycle begins to work by a bottle presence sensor. The squirm is functioned by a group of pignon-rack in 3 turns and 1/8th in order to ensure the flatness of the ring. The vertical beating is done by supporting manually the bottles in the moment of its descent.Description of the corking function:The introduction of the corks is manual. The equipment of automatic feeding is available in option only for the corks which do not require a choice of orientation. The cycle begins working by a bottle presence sensor. The total clamping is controlled by an actuator. The jaws of compression are in stainless steel. The corking mechanism is easily to remove.
Corking and Wirehooding Equipment
EcoVal corking and wiring machines are a fantastic option for the small and medium sized sparkling wine producer. The EcoVal’s semi-automatic functionality provides production capacities from 200 – 500 bottles per hour.
The EcoVal 10 requires the user to place the bottle into the corking station, and place each cork in to position for the machine to insert automatically. The bottle is then placed into the wiring station, where the user will place the wire hood into place on the bottle for the machine to automatically secure into position. Sensors in both the corking and wiring station recognise when the bottle has been placed into position, which then initiate the corking/wiring process.
The EcoVal 20 requires the user to place the bottle into the corking station, and place each cork in to position for the machine to then insert automatically. The the wiring process on the EcoVal 20 is automated through the use of a basket that holds the wire cages and feeds them into the machine. Once the cork has been inserted, the bottle is simply placed into the wiring station and the machine automatically secures the wire hood to the bottle. Sensors in both the corking and wiring station recognise when the bottle has been placed into position. These sensors then initiate the corking/wiring process.
Both EcoVal models are fully adjustable for use with different bottle heights, and can also be used with bottles of different dimensions. Machines are supplied with a stainless steel frame that has wheels for easy manoeuvrability and storage when not in use.
